Edward Smith
(Managing Director)

Edward has spent 45 years in the electrical industry. During this period he served his apprenticeship and worked in the electrical contracting industry where he obtained a Higher National Certificate in electrical engineering and computer programming. He then obtained positions with various electrical supply authorities. From these he moved onto The Central Electricity Generating Board where he gained a substantial knowledge of the electrical supply industry. Edward then obtained a position with The Civil Service at The Ministry of Public Buildings and Works, later to be known as The Property Services Agency. It was during this period, working for Central Government, that Edward was promoted through the ranks rising to a position where he was in charge of an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering department.
