LIGHTING DESIGN
Comfortable working conditions require good and effective lighting. This doesn't just happen by chance. It requires planning and design along with the correct choice of fittings for the particular application. We are able to supply these requirements thus ensuring our clients  obtain a pleasant and comfortable environment.

Lighting, however, does not end there. Regular maintenance needs to be carried out to maintain the standards created immediately after installation. Light output will reduce over a period of time through lamp efficiency but even more so through dust collecting on the lamps and fitting surfaces. Regular pro-active maintenance not only keeps the fittings clean but helps to maintain ideal working conditions.

We are a great believer in planned maintenance. We have designed programmed planned maintenance systems, complete with log books, for many of our clients. These systems will not only hold a history of any lighting problems experienced over a period of time but can also include maintenance and history on all types of electrical, air conditioning and mechanical plant.
